— Our Promise on Every Repair —
After every paid repair, Grand River provides a warranty on the work performed. If your appliance experiences a breakdown within the warranty period, please contact us and we will guide you through the next steps. Below are the rules and limitations that apply to all warranty claims.
The warranty is issued upon completion of every paid repair and remains in effect for three (3) months from the date of service. It covers only the specific part replaced or repair carried out by our technician during that visit — it does not extend to other components of the appliance that were not serviced.
The warranty does not apply to: parts of the appliance that were not replaced or serviced by Grand River during the original visit; any claim made after the warranty has expired; clogs of any kind; damage caused by improper or unintended use of the appliance; damage resulting from foreign objects entering pumps, motors, or other mechanical components; or recurring issues that stem from an underlying problem outside the scope of the original repair.
To keep repair costs as low as possible, our technicians always try to fix your appliance without replacing parts when a non-replacement solution is available. Replacement is recommended only when it is the most reliable path forward — and we will always explain why before proceeding.
If the same issue returns within three months of your original repair, contact us at your earliest convenience. We will review the situation, confirm that it falls within warranty terms, and arrange follow-up service. Have your original invoice or service report ready when reaching out — it helps us track the work and respond faster.
